1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing pg22 Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of pg22, or an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. pg22 may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg22 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify pg22 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account.

pg22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified pg22 of unauthorized access.

pg22 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

pg22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the pg22 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pg22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pg22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• pg22 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
• pg22 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pg22 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds in your pg22 Account do not accrue interest.

pg22 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pg22 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the pg22 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with pg22 employees.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to pg22 and will be voided.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your pg22 Account.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pg22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of pg22 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pg22 Platform without the prior written consent of pg22.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pg22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your pg22 Account at the time the claim arises.

pg22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pg22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.

12. Termination and Suspension

pg22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents.
• At pg22's sole discretion, for any business reason.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, pg22 reserves the right to forfeit any funds remaining in your Account. Upon termination for reasons other than cause, pg22 will return any legitimate funds remaining in your Account after deducting any applicable bonus balances, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pg22 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pg22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pg22 will notify registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the contact details associated with your Account.
